7-Cathodes sputtering system is sold in China
October 31, 2016
7-cathodes sputtering system is sold in one of the most prestigious colleges in China! The researchers from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) will fabricate state-of-the-art magnetic tunneling junction structures. JS Nanotech is excited that they could support state-of-the-art technology for the researchers at HUST!
3-Cathodes sputtering and o-CVD are successfully installed in Texas
May 10, 2016
We sold two UHV products (3-gun magnetron sputtering system & o-CVD) to BRIC research center. The researchers will develop metamaterials and energy harvesting devices and we will continuously support process optimization and help them initiate their research projects.

Sub-10-nm Magnetic Tunneling Junctions
January 14, 2016
We helped researchers from Florida and Berkeley to develop sub-10-nm magnetic tunneling junction devices (MTJs). MTJs are one of the most reliable technology as future CMOS in electronics. For the practical applications, the devices need to have very low switching energy. The researchers successfully fabricate very small devices for energy efficient devices.
Magnetic computer
March 11, 2016
Using a high sensitive measurement set up, Berkeley researchers could successfully prove minimum energy dissipation. The findings are 10 million times smaller than those of the current computers. The similar high sensitive magnetic measurement system is being sold in JS Nanotech.
Triple Ring Technologies
January 07, 2016
JS Nanotech will be a part of the incubation program provided by Triple Ring Technologies (www.tripleringtech.com). The lab space in TRT will be a main R&D laboratory of JS Nanotech in Silicon Valley (a shared chemistry lab facility and assembly space for UHV products and systems for testing).

Room temperature Skyrmion
December 19, 2015
Using our developed functional MFM nanoprobe, our collaborators at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab could successfully probe the presence of room temperature Skyrmion which is a very low energy state of magnetic phases.

Magnetic Graphene
August 03, 2016
Magnetic graphene is revealed! You can observe north pole and south pole in atomic level.
